We operate across Poland, Portugal, France, and the UK, supporting sectors such as IT, Banking, and Hi-Tech with advanced sourcing, delivery, and digital innovation.About the RoleWe are seeking a day-to-day recruiter who will also be a driver of AI automation in our recruitment process. You will combine classic end-to-end recruitment with practical AI integration – using automation to boost efficiency, scale candidate sourcing, and enhance the candidate experience.Main ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding tech candidatesBuild and maintain talent pools through direct search and networkingRun employer branding and recruitment marketing campaignsActively use AI and automation tools to streamline sourcing, outreach, CV screening, communication, interview scheduling, and follow-upIdentify and test new tools that can automate or enhance recruiter workflowsWork closely with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver strong pipelinesTrack key recruitment metrics and drive improvements using data and automationAI Tools and Platforms You Will Use You will have the freedom to select and implement tools such as:ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude – for automated candidate communication and email draftingHireEZ, AmazingHiring, SeekOut – for AI-powered sourcing and talent mappingLoxo, Eightfold, Beamery – for automated pipeline management and candidate engagementCalendly, Cronofy, GoodTime – for automated interview schedulingCanva, Copy.ai, Jasper – for AI-driven employer branding, job ad creation, and contentZapier, Make (Integromat), Notion AI – for workflow automation and integration RequirementsProven experience as a recruiter, ideally in IT or tech sectorsHands-on experience using AI or automation tools in recruitment (for sourcing, communication, screening, or scheduling)Strong communication skills in English (C1) and PolishAbility to work independently, test new tools, and drive change in recruitment processesOrganised, data-driven, and proactiveNice to HavePrevious experience running employer branding or marketing automation campaignsExperience working with international recruitment or remote teams BenefitsSolid, competitive salary.Work in multilingual, multinational and multicultural environment on international projectsMedical care Originally posted on Himalayas
