If you are a driven professional looking for global career opportunities and exposure to high-impact projects within an international network of expertise, this is where you belong.We are currently searching for a Associate Network Architect:Responsibilities:Analyze, optimize, and troubleshoot mobile data connectivity processes, including APN settings and IP allocation.Manage GGSN/PGW interactions to ensure seamless network operations and user experience.Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and use data analysis to identify trends in connectivity issues.Perform packet analysis using tools like Wireshark to diagnose latency, packet loss, or connection failures.Document and optimize workflows for APN provisioning and troubleshooting.Present technical data and insights to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers and customer support.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.6+ years of experience in mobile network operations, RAN, or core network support.In-depth understanding of 4G and 5G network architectures, focusing on session management.Expertise in APN configuration and troubleshooting across Android and iOS platforms.Proficiency in network protocol analyzers (Wireshark).Deep understanding of GGSN/PGW functionality within the mobile core.Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.Desired:Knowledge of IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) and VoLTE/VoNR.Experience with Python scripting for automation of data analysis.Certifications in mobile networks or process improvement (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma).Knowledge in APN & Process enhancements.LanguagesAdvanced Oral English.Advanced Spanish.Note:Fully remoteIf you meet these qualifications and are pursuing new challenges, start your application on our website to join an award-winning employer.
