Our work emphasizes clarity, actionable insights, and measurable impact for our clients.We are a small company that thrives on quality of work, transparency and building trust and long-term relationships with our clients. About the RoleWe’re looking for a mid-level Paid Media Account Strategist to support strategy and execution across multiple client accounts.This role is ideal for someone who is both hands-on in ad platforms and capable of contributing to campaign strategy and performance insights. You’ll work closely with our team members and partners, and participate in client-facing conversations. Who We're Looking ForA strategic thinker who can also executeSomeone who values clarity, structure, and measurable outcomesA marketer who uses AI as a tool—not as a substitute for original thoughtStrong communicator who can confidently contribute in client discussionsSomeone with a comfortable workspace (we are fully remote) and reliable internet access Key ResponsibilitiesExecution (60%)Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and occasionally other platformsConduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign setupWrite and test ad copy and creative variationsMonitor performance and implement ongoing optimizationsStrategy (30%)Contribute to overall account strategy and campaign planningIdentify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and testingAlign campaign structure with client goals and KPIsReporting & Insights (10%)Analyze performance data and translate into clear recommendationsPrepare reports and client-ready insights​Client & Team CollaborationParticipate in 2–3 (avg) weekly meetings (internal + client calls)Present findings, recommendations, and performance updatesCollaborate with team members across paid media and SEO Required Qualifications2–5+ years of hands-on paid media experienceProven experience managing campaigns in:Google AdsLinkedIn AdsMeta AdsStrong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and optimization techniquesExperience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)Ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendationsComfortable in a client-facing role Preferred QualificationsExperience with:Google Tag ManagerLooker/Data StudioFamiliarity with additional platforms (Reddit, TikTok, etc.)Exposure to SEO principles and collaboration with SEO teamsExperience in one or more of the following industries:B2B SaaSEcommerceHigher Ed / EdTechLocal service businesses, restaurants, or franchisesTravel / hospitality Additional DetailsFully remote (U.S. only)References may be requested during the hiring process​
