Job Description
**Job Summary**
The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for handling customer communication, order support, and service coordination in a remote setting. This role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
You will ensure customers receive accurate information, timely updates, and professional support throughout their order process.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
* Process and track customer orders accurately in internal systems
* Provide updates on order status, shipping, and delivery timelines
* Assist customers with basic issues and escalate when needed
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
* Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment updates
* Ensure a high level of customer service at all times
**Requirements**
* Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, data entry tools)
* Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
* Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace
* High school diploma or equivalent required
**Schedule**
* Full\-time position
* Monday to Friday
* 8\-hour shifts between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
**Compensation \& Benefits**
