This role includes assessing each student's starting point, creating a tailored study plan, teaching core content and test prep strategy, and providing ongoing tutoring to help students build mastery, confidence, and exam-day readiness. Ideal candidates have a strong AP exam score (typically a 5) in their subject area, prior tutoring or teaching experience, and a clear, structured approach to breaking down complex material.
