If you’re ready to make your mark in the AI space, NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is the place for you.We are hiring for a Product Owner, AI & Agentforce Delivery with a strong understanding of Salesforce & AI solutions who will manage and support customer-facing Agentforce and AI implementation projects as well as internal initiatives to create supporting assets and solutions. The ideal candidate has the ability to plan and think strategically, as well as dive into project details to manage the project on the ground. The AI & Agentforce Delivery Product Owner is professional and confident in front of critical customer stakeholders. If you appreciate working with cutting edge technology and delivering exciting new solutions - this role is for you!You'll have the opportunity to:Manage overall delivery of targeted Agentforce delivery projects, acting as product owner to oversee and shape the overall solution and project manager to manage day to day work and customer relationships. You will: Act as a “thought leader” for our customers, guiding the customer and NeuraFlash, part of Accenture team in the definition of use cases and business outcomesSmoothly transition customers from the sales process to project delivery. This includes: Reviewing the SOW and any partner-funding POs, defining project roles and responsibilities for kick off, and facilitating kick off and client onboardingPlan, monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure project stays on track for assigned client projectsAct as primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the project, including a focus on building strong customer relationshipsFacilitate or co-lead with customer project manager regular status meetings with project team, sponsors, and all stakeholdersManage NeuraFlash, part of Accenture project team members in the delivery of the solutionReadout documented and measured outcomes for live solutions prior to project closeoutActively drive and participate in Agentforce Division internal initiatives to foster innovation and efficiencies through development of reusable assets and solutionsRequired Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a delivery leader overseeing AI-related implementation of business solutions on Salesforce or AWS platform across all phases of project deliveryOutstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all levels Experience working in a  professional services/consulting environmentExperience leading delivery as project manager or scrum leaderExperience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contractingCertified Salesforce Admin + Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certificationsDemonstrated track record of writing SOWs and Change Requests and managing scopePreferred Skills:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or Management Equal Employment Opportunity StatementWe believe that no one should be discriminated against because of their differences.
