This role is designed for a seasoned leader who can build trusted partnerships with payer executives while guiding organizations through increasingly complex, data-driven challenges. As a key advisor, you will help Oil and Gas clients unlock the value of their data, advance AI-enabled capabilities, and modernize their technology landscape—delivering measurable outcomes that enhance operational efficiency, accelerate decision-making, and improve member experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and nurture long-term, strategic partnerships with clients through continuous engagement, gaining deep insight into their industry, challenges, and growth prioritiesOversee the end-to-end delivery of client engagements, while identifying and driving new business opportunities and expansion initiativesManage a $5M+ portfolio, with accountability for revenue growth, client satisfaction, and overall account performanceDevelop and execute account and business plans to achieve growth targets and expand client relationshipsLead the deal-shaping process, delivering compelling presentations and value propositions to executive stakeholdersEngage and influence C-suite and senior leadership to strengthen relationships and expand NTT DATA’s footprintMaintain a 50% utilization target while balancing delivery excellence with growth objectivesProvide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering the development of future leadersBasic Qualifications15+ years of experience within the professional services industry15+ years of proven success in account or client management roles8+ years of experience in P&L management, financial oversight, and deal structuring8+ years of experience leading and developing delivery teamsBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to travel 25%+ as neededPreferred / Desired ExperienceStrong background in technical program management within enterprise environments, particularly data and analytics initiativesProven track record of achieving high levels of client and employee satisfactionExpertise in developing and executing account strategiesExperience across diverse environments, including Big 4 consulting and/or high-growth startup settingsDemonstrated success in team leadership, mentorship, and talent developmentAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
