**About DopeTech**
DopeTech builds custom technology for cannabis retail. Dispensaries use our mobile apps, websites, and in\-store kiosks to engage customers, run marketing, and drive sales under their own brand. We support retail partners across the country, and we're a small enough team that your work shows up in the product and the client relationship the same week you do it.
**About the Role**
You'll be the connective tissue between our dispensary partners, our dev team, and our internal support resources. Your job is to keep projects moving, configurations accurate, and partners taken care of.
Here's roughly how the week breaks down: about 40% onboarding and configuration work (getting new partners live, setting up apps and sites, QA before launch), 30% partner support (answering questions, resolving issues, routing escalations), and 30% documentation and coordination (help articles, bug tracking in Linear, keeping records tight).
You don't need a technical background. You need to be organized, resourceful, and a clear writer. If you're the person who notices the typo and remembers the follow\-up, this role was built for you.
**What You'll Do**
* Support partner onboarding: help new dispensary partners get set up, gather assets and information, and walk them through getting their app, site, and kiosk live
* Configure and QA partner apps: set up themes, content, and settings, then test everything and catch issues before partners do
* Respond to partner questions and escalations as a friendly, reliable first point of contact
* File, triage, and track bug reports and feature requests through Linear with the dev team
* Keep help articles, FAQs, and onboarding guides accurate in our support hub
* Help partners use the marketing and engagement features built into their apps
* Maintain partner records, track project status, and document processes
**What You Bring**
* 1–2 years in a coordinator, client services, support, or operations role
* Strong organization and attention to detail
* Comfort learning new software quickly and independently
* Clear, professional written communication over email and chat
* A proactive, figure\-it\-out attitude and the patience to troubleshoot
* A reliable home workspace and the self\-direction to do good work remotely
**Nice to Have**
* Cannabis industry familiarity or experience with retail/dispensary clients
* Experience with Notion, Linear, Slack, or help\-desk platforms
* Exposure to app configuration, QA, JSON, CMS work, or basic technical troubleshooting
* Customer support or account coordination at a SaaS company
Pay: $50,000\.00 \- $58,000\.00 per year
Education:
* High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
* Customer support: 1 year (Preferred)
