See more of what we do here.Job SummaryThis Implementation Consultantrole lives within the customer engagement arm of the Granicus’ GovQA product family and is a key member of the Implementation Services (IS) team. This highly visible role helps existing and new customers transform the public records experience.As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll be an expert on the GovQA Platform and a key partner in the successful implementation of Legislative Management projects for new client projects and existing customers upgrading or adding to their system. Implementation Consultants work with our most established public sector clients to ensure they are maximizing their use of Granicus SaaS products. Expert product knowledge, attention to detail, versatility, and enthusiasm for client success are cornerstones for this role.
