The application includes required compatibility testing and is not mobile\-friendly.*** Agents support U\-Haul's TruckShare 24/7 program by reviewing customer information, IDs, and selfies to approve rentals and help prevent fraud. This is a **phone\-focused** customer service role that includes inbound/outbound calls, customer chats, and verification sessions in a fast\-paced, high\-volume environment. Successful agents can multitask, navigate multiple systems, identify potential fraud concerns, and deliver excellent customer service while assisting multiple customers simultaneously.
