To learn more about our mission and clinical approach, visitallarahealth.com.Location: Fully remote within the U.S.Your ImpactConduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visitsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver the highest standards of careComplete required training(s) and uphold Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practicesEducate patients on preventative care and wellness using evidence-based strategiesMaintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and complete charting in a timely mannerRespond to patient questions and administrative messages and tasks with clarity and careDedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week, including consultations and medical guidance, with prescribing when clinically appropriateRequired QualificationsDegree: MD or DO from an accredited institutionBoard Certification: Active ABIM board certification in Internal Medicine.Endocrinology Fellowship Training & Board Eligibility:Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology fellowship.Board-eligible in Endocrinology through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).Commitment to obtain ABIM board certification in Endocrinology within one year of hire.Experience: All board-eligible Endocrinologists are encouraged to applyWomen's health experience is a plus!Clinical Independence: Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skillsCommunication: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on compassion and clarityWebside Manner: A natural ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual settingEvidence-Based Practice: A genuine commitment to delivering care rooted in current clinical researchTechnical Proficiency: Comfortable working across multiple platforms including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling toolsTelemedicine Experience: Prior telehealth experience is a plusState License Requirements & Hiring Considerations: An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is required.A note on state licensing: All active and pending licenses held at the time of application are collected and reviewed during our process. Hiring decisions reflect current state-level needs, which evolve over time. Applicants may not move forward immediately if there is no active need in their licensed states.
