This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a meaningful impact through outstanding service. **Responsibilities** * Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information. * Flexible hours and availability required. * Utilize strong communication skills to deliver clear, professional support in multiple languages when applicable. * Assist clients with sales processes, including explaining features, upselling products, and guiding them through transactions. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Understanding of insurance software like Ezlynx. * Follow established call center protocols to ensure high\-quality service and adherence to company policies. * Handle outbound cold calling campaigns to get new clients, follow up on customer inquiries and promote new offeringss. * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly. **Qualifications** * Fluency in English; multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse client populations. * Self starter, driven and quick learner who is coachable and teachable. * Looking for a career in insurance with the opportunity to get licensed. * Previous experience in customer support or call center environments with proven track record of success. * Work in insurance industry preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation. * Experience with sales techniques and client services strategies to enhance customer engagement. * Knowledge of call handling procedures, including phone etiquette and outbound calling practices. * Ability to analyze customer issues efficiently and provide effective solutions promptly. * Basic cash handling experience and typing skills are advantageous for processing transactions accurately.
