This role partners with technical experts and sales staff across multiple testing sites to create detailed, accurate, and client\-focused proposals that support business growth in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences industries. The ideal candidate combines strong writing and project management skills with the ability to convey complex analytical testing activities into clear, persuasive client proposals. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and manage proposals and client\-facing documents for analytical testing programs and services. * Collaborate with clients, management, and laboratory staff to define project scope and to gather technical and operational information. * Translate analytical testing methodologies, capabilities, timelines, and pricing into clear, concise proposal documents. * Draft, edit, and review proposals to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards. * Maintain proposal templates, pricing models, and supporting documentation. * Track proposal activities, status updates, and outcomes within internal database
