Social Media Manager

Our client is looking for a passionate and strategic Social Media Manager to lead content creation and digital engagement across platforms. This is a fully remote position with exciting opportunities to shape thought leadership campaigns through short-form video content and brand-aligned storytelling.Key Responsibilities:Write compelling and brand-aligned scripts for video reels, interviews, and storytelling contentPlan, manage, and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and FacebookCollaborate with the video team to align messaging, visuals, and executionMonitor performance analytics and engagement data to optimise social media strategyDevelop content ideas and campaigns that support clients' personal branding and business goalsCoordinate with internal teams and clients for content approvals and timely publishingStay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and viral content strategiesActively manage and respond to DMs and comments to build genuine community engagementRequirements:2-4 years of experience in social media or digital content managementStrong copywriting and storytelling skills, especially for short-form videoFamiliar with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Later, Meta Business Suite, Metricool)Bonus: Experience with video editing tools like CapCut or Final Cut ProPassionate about personal branding, entrepreneurship, and digital storytellingProactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects independentlyA portfolio of past work or examples of social media accounts managed is preferredInterested candidates are invited to send in your Resume in MS Word Format along with 23 content samples or social media accounts youve managed, stating your past work experience, reasons for each job move, and your past and expected salary.
