Bookkeeper — QuickBooks Online

**Full\-Time \| Hybrid (40 hrs/week) \| Augusta Tower Technologies** **Grand Rapids, Michigan** Augusta Tower Technologies is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing team. If you love clean books, tight reconciliations, and keeping the financial side of a business running like a well\-built house, we want to hear from you. This is a hybrid role: 16–20 hours per week in our Grand Rapids office, with the remaining hours completed remotely. **About the Role** We're seeking a detail\-oriented bookkeeper who can take ownership of our day\-to\-day financial records, keep our accounts reconciled, and make sure our books are always accurate and up to date using QuickBooks Online. You'll be a key part of keeping our operations financially sound as we continue to build and grow. **What You'll Do** * Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online * Reconcile bank and credit card statements * Process accounts payable and receivable * Prepare and generate financial reports (P\&L, balance sheets, cash flow) * Assist with month\-end and year\-end close * Support budget tracking and expense categorization * Communicate with vendors, clients, and management as needed * Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations **What You Bring** * Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role * Strong working knowledge of ***QuickBooks Online (required)*** * Solid understanding of basic accounting principles * High attention to detail and accuracy * Strong organizational and time\-management skills * Ability to work independently and manage remote work responsibly * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Associate's degree in accounting/finance preferred, or equivalent experience **Schedule** * 40 hours/week * 16–20 hours in\-office (Augusta, GA location) * Remaining hours remote/flexible **About Augusta** Founded in 2008, Augusta is a leading infrastructure construction company specializing in telecommunications and electric vehicle charging solutions, including wireless, cellular, aerial, underground, and EV charging infrastructure.
