**Pay:** $47,000 \- $57,000 per year
**Job Type:** Full\-Time
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
**Work Location:** In Person (No Remote or Hybrid Opportunities)
About Us
We are a well\-established and growing franchise organization seeking an experienced, detail\-oriented, and highly organized **Full Charge Bookkeeper / Franchise Administration Coordinator** to join our corporate office team.
This is a key position that works directly with the President \& CEO, franchise owners across the country, and our outside Accounting and Auditing Firm. The ideal candidate is a self\-starter with strong bookkeeping, accounting, administrative, and communication skills who thrives in a fast\-paced business environment.
ResponsibilitiesAccounting \& Bookkeeping
* Maintain full\-charge bookkeeping for the corporate office.
* Collect, review, and record financial data submitted by franchise locations.
* Verify the accuracy of franchisee business transactions and financial reports.
* Perform monthly bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations.
* Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
* Manage ACH and credit card payment collections.
* Assist with month\-end and year\-end closing activities.
* Support annual audits and provide documentation to outside accounting and auditing firms.
* Prepare financial reports and summaries for executive management.
* Maintain records in accordance with GAAP standards and company policies.
Franchise Support
* Communicate regularly with franchise owners and office staff nationwide.
* Monitor franchise reporting requirements and ensure timely submissions.
* Maintain franchise records, agreements, renewals, and compliance documentation.
* Assist franchisees with financial and administrative inquiries.
* Prepare and calculate quarterly and annual franchise award and recognition programs.
* Support onboarding and setup activities for new franchise locations.
Administrative \& Corporate Office Support
* Provide administrative support to the President \& CEO and corporate leadership team.
* Answer phones and direct calls professionally.
* Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business documents.
* Coordinate corporate meetings, conference calls, and special events.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and company communications.
* Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
* Maintain office supplies and coordinate vendor services and office purchases.
* Track deadlines and assist with special projects and corporate initiatives.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting when needed.
* Handle confidential company, financial, and franchise information with discretion and professionalism.
Technology \& Systems
* Utilize QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams daily.
