Specter Technologies helps businesses automate repetitive processes and improve their operations through AI and automation. Our AI voice and chat agents help businesses operate 24/7, 365 days a year by answering customer questions, qualifying leads, booking appointments, and more. This is an opportunity to help businesses identify opportunities to use AI to improve their customer communication, lead follow\-up, and operations while earning significant commissions on the new business you generate and close. ***Position Overview*** We are looking for an experienced salesperson who is comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and generating their own business opportunities. This is a **100% commission\-based independent contractor opportunity**. You will build and manage your own sales pipeline, develop your own client portfolio, and control your earning potential. You will be provided with the tools, resources, product knowledge, and sales framework needed to sell Specter Technologies' AI voice and chat agent solutions. However, you must be self\-motivated, organized, and able to execute independently with minimal supervision. This is an active sales role—not a passive income opportunity. You will be responsible for proactively creating opportunities through cold calls, outreach, follow\-up, discovery calls, and product demonstrations. You must be able to actively work a **minimum of 10 hours per week, Monday through Friday**.
