We provide intensive outpatient services to adults and teens who suffer from mental health, substance abuse, emotional conditions, and mental health and substance abuse co-occurring disorders.Job DetailsTitle: Intake CoordinatorDescription:Under the Supervision of the CEO while functioning in the capacity of Intake Coordinator will conduct initial intakes, ensure potential patients are eligible for care, and enter their data into the EMR System. The coordinator is also expected to update the medical records of existing patients.
