We provide intensive outpatient services to adults and teens who suffer from mental health, substance abuse, emotional conditions, and mental health and substance abuse co-occurring disorders.Job DetailsTitle: Intake CoordinatorDescription:Under the Supervision of the CEO while functioning in the capacity of Intake Coordinator will conduct initial intakes, ensure potential patients are eligible for care, and enter their data into the EMR System. The coordinator is also expected to update the medical records of existing patients. Applicants should have experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical office, and excellent data entry and technical skills.Intake Coordinator Requirements:Bachelor's Degree OR 3-5 years Medical Office Administration experienceValid driver's license with clean driving record and state minimum required vehicle insurance coverageBeing bilingual is not required but is a preferred skill for this positionAble to pass a Level II background checkExperience with health insurance a plusPatient scheduling experience a plusBilingual communication skills a plusOriginally posted on Himalayas
