Power BI Developer (SQL)

We are seeking a skilled and driven BI Developer to join our Business Intelligence & Reporting team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality data and reporting solutions that enable informed decision-making across the business.You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and technical teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, reliable, and insightful BI solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and functions to support data transformation and reporting needsBuild, manage, and support SSIS-based ETL workflows to integrate data from multiple source systemsDevelop and maintain Power BI Paginated Reports, including parameterized, scheduled, and distribution-ready outputsCreate interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, including data modeling, relationships, and advanced DAX calculationsPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into effective BI and reporting solutionsEnsure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across all BI assetsOptimize and tune SQL queries, ETL processes, and reports for performance and scalabilityMaintain clear technical documentation, follow coding standards, and adhere to version control best practicesParticipate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of BI processes and standards4+ years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related rolesStrong expertise in SQL development, including complex queries, joins, stored procedures, and performance tuningProven experience with ETL development, preferably using SSIS or similar data integration toolsHands-on experience in Power BI (both Paginated Reports and Interactive Dashboards) including data modeling, DAX, and report publishingSolid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling (star/snowflake schema), and data transformation techniquesExperience working with multiple data sources (databases, APIs, flat files, etc.) and integrating them into reporting solutionsExposure to performance optimization for queries, ETL pipelines, and BI reportsExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and adherence to coding and documentation standardsStrong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot data issuesExperience working in Agile or fast-paced project environments with multiple stakeholdersExcellent communication skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsGood to HaveExperience in financial services / asset management domainKnowledge of Python for automation, data manipulation, or API integrationsExposure to Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps)We offer:Culture of Relentless Performance: join an unstoppable technology development team with a 99% project success rate and more than 30% year-over-year revenue growth.
