Join our team and start your journey today!We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow a diverse portfolio of HVAC-R OEM customers across UK & Nordics countries.This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a broad-portfolio, high-impact engagement environment, building strong digital relationships while driving revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive account management.You will act as the primary commercial interface for your customers, ensuring a seamless experience while supporting Copeland’s range of compressors, electronic controls, and system solutions.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with HVAC-R OEM customers via remote channels (video, phone, email)Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and follow-upConduct regular customer check-ins to understand needs and identify growth opportunitiesDrive upsell and cross-sell initiatives across Copeland’s product and solution portfolioLead pricing discussions and contract negotiations within defined guidelinesOwn and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRMEnsure accurate forecasting and proper documentation of customer interactionsAct as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating with internal teams when neededIdentify and develop “hidden champions” within customer organizations to expand business potentialStay informed on HVAC-R market trends, competitors, and customer challengesWhat We’re Looking For:At least 2 years of experience in the sales process, account management, or technical sales, ideally in HVAC-R or related industriesAbility to manage a broad portfolio with strong prioritization skillsSolid understanding of technical products (mechanical and/or electronic components is a plus)Strong communication skills, especially in remote/digital customer engagementCustomer-centric mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approachExperience with CRM tools and pipeline managementComfortable working with targets and sales quotasFluent in English (additional languages are a plus)Key Competencies:Technical curiosity and ability to translate product value to customersStrong follow-up discipline and time managementContinuous learning mindsetAbility to identify opportunities within existing accountsResults-driven, with focus on achieving and exceeding targetsWhy Join Us:Be part of a fast-evolving market driven by decarbonization and electrificationWork with a cutting-edge portfolio of Residential & Commercial HVAC, Cold Chain and Controls SolutionsCollaborate with an international team in a structured, growth-oriented sales environmentOur Commitment to Our PeopleAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
