You already use AI coding tools as part of how you work — not as an experiment, but as a daily practice for writing, debugging, and shipping production code. You’ll bring a portfolio of AI-assisted work you’ve shipped, and you’ll partner closely with designers, content teams, and our backend developer to deliver cohesive web experiences. What You'll Do:Build responsive, accessible front-end solutions across our WordPress ecosystem using modern JavaScript frameworks — applying AI coding tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, or similar) to prototype, generate and refine components, write tests, and debug as a standard part of your daily workflow.Transform design concepts into performant, pixel-precise implementations, building reusable component systems that scale across properties while optimizing Core Web Vitals and upholding WCAG accessibility standards.Partner with content creators and marketers to build flexible, maintainable systems for rapid content deployment, including custom WordPress blocks and page-building tools that empower non-technical users.Serve as the front-end voice in design and cross-functional discussions, validating technical feasibility early, maintaining design system consistency, and implementing analytics integrations and user behavior tracking across web properties.Identify and address risks related to performance, security, scalability, and code maintainability — improving team delivery through better systems, repeatable workflows, and documented front-end practices.Experiment with AI-powered approaches to front-end delivery — including personalization, dynamic content, and automation — and share findings with the team to continuously raise development quality.
