About the RoleWe’re looking for a Workforce Analytics Lead to build and manage the company’s Shadow Layer — the analytics backbone that powers utilization tracking, attendance health, and workforce stability.This role owns the creation of data-driven workforce intelligence tools, including utilization scoring, EOD bot metrics, idle-time alerts, and attendance risk flags, ensuring operational leaders have real-time visibility into performance and capacity health.QualificationsAt least 4–5 years of experience in workforce analytics, business intelligence, or operations data management.
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
Experience with automation tools, bots, or workflow integrations (Zapier, Make, internal scripts).
Proven track record building data models or utilization frameworks for service or workforce-based businesses.
High attention to detail, analytical rigor, and ability to translate data insights into operational actions.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred SkillsExperience in BPO / remote workforce environments with utilization and attendance monitoring systems.
Familiarity with predictive modeling or risk flag algorithms.
Background in managing data governance or ETL processes between multiple systems.
