By targeting high-cost, high-need populations, we help employers reduce avoidable healthcare utilization while improving patient outcomes.Backed by Red Cell Partners, TARA Mind is building the infrastructure for next-generation mental health care—combining technology, provider networks, and evidence-based protocols to scale access to treatments that work when traditional approaches have failed.The Role:TARA Mind is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Product Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our company. This is a critical, multifaceted role for a natural problem-solver who thrives on bridging the gap between strategic vision and tactical execution. You will own the product roadmap, drive disciplined project management across key initiatives, and manage the core operational cadence that keeps our business running smoothly. In the absence of a dedicated Product Manager, this role will also step into select product management responsibilities, including backlog ownership, requirements definition, sprint planning support, QA/UAT coordination, and release management. The ideal candidate is an expert at creating order from complexity, holding teams accountable, and building scalable systems in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.Key Responsibilities:Product Operations & ExecutionOwn and manage the product roadmap, backlog, feature intake and prioritizationTranslate business needs into clear requirements, tickets, acceptance criteria, and sprint prioritiesPartner with engineering and stakeholders to drive sprint planning, execution, and delivery trackingTrack product development status and communicate progress, risks, and priorities across teamsDelivery, QA & ReleasesSupport end-to-end product delivery from requirements through releaseCoordinate QA/UAT and ensure high-quality, on-time launchesManage release processes, documentation, issue tracking, and post-launch performance trackingUser Insights & Product InputGather and synthesize feedback from providers, patients, and internal teamsSynthesize insights into roadmap prioritization and feature developmentMaintain a tight feedback loop between users and productCross-Functional Project ManagementLead key initiatives (e.g., client implementations) from kickoff to executionDrive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, clinical, and salesManage workflows, unblock teams, and ensure accountabilitySupport coordination of customer implementation and RFP-related work across internal teamsBusiness & Operational SupportOversee core operational processes (financial tracking, invoicing, board prep)Run team operating cadence (stand-ups, sprint reviews, planning)Provide hands-on support in a fast-paced, early-stage environmentQualifications:3–5+ years in product ops, project management, or business operations (startup experience preferred)Direct experience in health-tech and/or clinical operationsStrong experience with tools like JIRA, Asana, HubSpot, and BI platformsProven ability to translate business needs into product executionFamiliarity with financial operations in a venture-backed environmentExcellent communication and organizational skills; thrives cross-functionallyBuilder mindset with a bias for action and process creationExperience using AI tools to improve efficiency and workflowsCompensation:Base salary of$115,000-$145,000 plus bonus.
