Hootsuite Implementation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hootsuite Implementation Manager to own the client relationship and oversee delivery of new client implementations. This role combines client-facing consultancy, project management, and quality oversight, working closely with Implementation Specialists who deliver the hands-on configuration. You will be responsible for ensuring implementations are delivered on time, to scope, and with a high-quality client experience.What you will doClient Management & DiscoveryAct as the primary point of contact for new implementation clientsLead requirements review meetings to confirm client needs, objectives, and scopeTranslate business requirements into clear delivery briefs for implementation specialistsProject Management Own the end-to-end implementation plan, timelines, and milestonesCoordinate and oversee one or more Implementation Specialists Manage risks, scope control, and client expectationsEnsure implementations are delivered on time and to agreed standardsOversight & Quality AssuranceReview and sign off on query builds, channel setups, dashboards, and reportsEnsure consistency and best practice across all client implementationsTraining & EnablementDeliver or coordinate client training, including webinar-style training and tailored 1:1 training sessionsEnsure clients are confident and ready for handover post-implementation.RequirementsFluent, professional-level English (written and spoken)Proven experience configuring and working in HootsuiteStrong experience delivering Hootsuite implementations in a client-facing roleProven project management experienceExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple implementations and delivery resources concurrentlyComfortable overseeing technical delivery without necessarily doing all configuration yourself Hootsuite certification(s)Experience managing delivery teams or freelancersFamiliarity with implementation frameworks, SLAs, and onboarding playbooksBenefitsConvosphere is an independent, growing business.
