We’re seeking a Director, Sales to lead the Nordic region and help us achieve this.Position OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on, people-first Director of Sales who excels at building and leading hunter-focused sales teams. This role is ideal for a sales leader who thrives on driving net-new business, coaching prospecting excellence, and creating a culture of accountability, urgency, and results. The Director of Sales will lead a team of quota-carrying Account Executives responsible for acquiring new customers, opening new markets, and fuelling revenue growth. Success in this role requires a strong balance of inspirational leadership, disciplined execution, and a deep understanding of outbound sales motions, having responsibility for the Nordic region, this role can be based in either Denmark, Sweden or Norway.What You’ll DoLead, inspire, and develop a team of hunter-oriented Account Executives focused on net-new customer acquisitionInstill a strong prospecting culture with clear expectations around outbound activity, pipeline creation, and territory executionCoach sales teams through call reviews, deal strategy, and opportunity qualification to improve win ratesDrive consistent sales execution through pipeline management, forecasting, and weekly performance reviewsBuild and scale onboarding and training programs that emphasize outbound selling, discovery, and value-based sellingPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to hire, develop, and retain top-performing sales talentContribute to the creation and execution of sales and marketing strategies that expand market presenceMaintain deep knowledge of AWN products, value propositions, and competitive positioning to support effective sellingWhat Success Looks Like in This RoleA highly motivated, hunter-driven sales team consistently generating high-quality pipelineStrong net-new logo acquisition and sustained revenue growthA culture of ownership, resilience, and continuous improvementSales professionals who grow and succeed under your leadershipKey CompetenciesStrong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountableProven success coaching outbound, new-business sales teamsHigh emotional intelligence and adaptability in fast-paced environmentsRelentless drive for results balanced with a people-first leadership styleMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree requiredPrior experience leading quota-carrying sales teams with a focus on new business acquisition10+ years of B2B sales experience and leadership experienceTechnology sales background with significant inside sales experiencePreferred QualificationsDemonstrated success building and scaling hunter-led sales organizationsAdvanced experience with data-driven Salesforce management and opportunity methodologiesStrong collaboration and team-building skillsExperience in cloud technology, security, SaaS, or enterprise software strongly preferredAt Arctic Wolf, we foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that thrives on diversity of thought, background, and culture.
