This role is vital in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of our data, which supports critical business decisions and operational efficiency. Responsibilities * Conduct regular data audits to verify accuracy and completeness. * Monitor data quality metrics and report findings to management. * Assist in developing and implementing data quality control procedures. * Work closely with IT and business teams to resolve data\-related issues. * Maintain documentation related to data quality processes and standards. * Support data cleansing and enrichment activities as needed. * Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and tools. Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. * Proven experience in data quality, data entry, or a related role. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Proficiency with data management tools and Microsoft Excel. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment. * Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards is a plus.
