Key Responsibilities: * Transcribing: Listening to audio recordings and typing them into written form, creating reports such as patient histories, physical examination findings, and test results. * Editing and Proofreading: Ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to industry standards for grammar, spelling, and medical terminology. * Formatting: Organizing and presenting the transcribed information in a clear and readable format. * Maintaining Records: Adding and updating patient records in electronic health record systems. * Collaboration: Communicating with healthcare providers to clarify any ambiguities or errors in the transcriptions.
