This role will define the CRM vision, strategy, and roadmap while driving implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement across a global, multi-brand organization.This is a unique opportunity to build a foundational business capability from the ground up and shape how customer relationships are managed across the enterprise.What You'll OwnDefine and execute the CRM product strategy and roadmapLead a global CRM transformation centered on Salesforce, with integration to platforms such as HubSpotPartner with commercial, marketing, finance, and operational leaders to align business needs and prioritiesTranslate business objectives into scalable product capabilities and user experiencesDrive adoption, governance, and change management to establish CRM as the trusted source of customer informationCollaborate with implementation partners and internal teams to deliver phased releases and ongoing enhancementsMeasure success through adoption, business outcomes, and continuous product improvementWhat Success Looks LikeCRM becomes the single source of truth across the organizationStrong adoption across business units and regionsImproved customer visibility, data quality, and commercial effectivenessScalable processes and technology that support future growthWhat You'll BringRequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in product management, CRM, enterprise systems, or related disciplinesExperience leading CRM implementations, digital transformations, or large-scale business technology initiativesStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skillsAbility to translate complex business needs into actionable product solutionsPreferredSalesforce experience, including Sales Cloud and/or Service CloudExperience with HubSpot or marketing automation platformsExperience operating within multi-brand or global organizationsFamiliarity with CRM automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and modern customer engagement platformsExperience driving organizational adoption and change managementWork EnvironmentThis role may be based remotely or in a hybrid environment depending on location.
