This role works closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to improve deployment efficiency, system reliability, and operational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processesProvision and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or GCPImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templatesConfigure and manage containerized environments using Docker and KubernetesMonitor system performance, availability, and reliability using logging and monitoring toolsImplement security best practices across pipelines, infrastructure, and deploymentsTroubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and environment-related issuesCollaborate with software engineers to support application lifecycle and release managementMaintain documentation for infrastructure, pipelines, and operational processesRequired QualificationsExperience in a DevOps, Cloud Engineer, or similar roleHands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and shell scriptingExperience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and automation toolsUnderstanding of networking, security, and system administration conceptsNice to HaveExperience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet)Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch)Experience supporting microservices-based architecturesRelevant cloud or DevOps certificationsWhy Join White Cloak Opportunity to be considered for upcoming DevOps and cloud-related rolesExposure to diverse projects and enterprise-level clientsWork with modern cloud and automation technologiesSupportive engineering and consulting environmentThis is a talent pooling role.
