We're building the first MatchITLab AI sales team — and we're looking for competitive people who want to get into AI before everyone starts putting “AI Sales” on their résumé. AI Sales Representative \| Remote **MatchITLab is building its first national sales team — and we're opening the first group now.** AI is changing how businesses sell, answer phones, follow up with leads, book appointments, support customers, and run day\-to\-day operations. We help businesses actually implement it. Now we need people who can get us in the room. We're looking for hungry, competitive people who want to build sales experience in AI while getting paid on the business they help create. And because we're still building this team, the people who get in early have the biggest opportunity to grow with it. WHAT YOU'LL BE SELLING MatchITLab helps small and mid\-sized businesses implement things like: * AI Receptionists * AI Voice Agents * Automated Lead Follow\-Up * CRM Automation * Appointment Booking Systems * Customer Support Automation * Workflow Automation * Custom AI Applications * IT \& Technology Consulting You don't need to be an engineer. We'll teach you how to recognize the problems we solve and how to start the conversation. YOUR JOB Pretty simple. Find businesses. Talk to decision\-makers. Figure out where they're losing time, leads, or money. Create interest. Book the meeting. Our senior team can handle deeper discovery, demos, technical conversations, proposals, and implementation. Your job is to **create opportunities**. HOW YOU GET PAID This is where it gets interesting. Every qualified meeting that shows: **$20** When a customer you sourced closes: **10% of collected initial gross profit** When that customer continues paying: **5% of collected recurring gross profit for up to 12 paid months** So you're not only getting paid to book meetings. You're building a book of business. The more good accounts you originate, the more opportunities you have to stack commissions. AND THAT'S JUST THE START We're building this sales organization now. Not two years from now. **Now.** The first group of reps will be the people we're watching as we build out: * Closing roles * Senior sales positions * Vertical specialists * Team leadership * Larger commission opportunities * More responsibility * Potential future full\-time positions Nothing is handed out because you joined early. **Production earns it.** But somebody has to become the first group of closers and leaders here. We'd rather promote the people who helped us build this than constantly hire above them.
