About the RoleWe are looking for a Lead, Executive Operations to bring structure and consistency to how execution happens around the CEO and leadership team.This role focuses on building simple systems and operating rhythms, coordinating across teams, and ensuring priorities are translated into action.You will work across functions to improve clarity, reduce friction, and keep high-priority work moving.What You'll be DoingEstablish simple operating structures (cadences, tracking, follow-ups) to keep work movingTranslate leadership priorities into clear, executable plansCoordinate across teams to ensure alignment and progressIdentify gaps, bottlenecks, and execution risks, and resolve them earlySupport hiring coordination and key operational workstreams when neededBuild lightweight playbooks and ways of working to improve consistencyTrack progress and surface clear updates to leadershipContinuously improve how executive-level work is managed and executedWhat You Will NeedExperience in operations, consulting, startups, or executive-facing rolesExperience supporting or working closely with senior executivesExperience building processes in early-stage or scaling environmentsStrong ability to structure problems and drive execution independentlyClear communication and ability to work across different teamsGood judgment in fast-moving, ambiguous environmentsHow We WorkThe best products today in the world were built by small, world class teams.
