We invite you to continue reading, and if you're ready to lead and make a substantial impact, join us!What you will be expected to do: Play a pivotal role in shaping our Influencer Marketing strategy, bringing fresh insights and innovative ideas to the table to develop comprehensive campaign briefs in line with clients' expectations and deliverables.Serve as the primary strategic advisor for a diverse portfolio of accounts, guiding your team through the daily operations and ensuring alignment across all activities.Manage end-to-end communication during campaigns, ensuring that all parties are aligned, and objectives are met.Provide in-depth reporting and insights to facilitate campaign optimizations, ensuring maximum impact, ROI, and meeting the set KPI objectives.Lead strategic planning sessions and collaborate with the team to enhance client satisfaction and drive innovation.Lead business development efforts, preparing and presenting pitches to secure new partnerships.Maintain creative excellence and ensure communication strategies are effective across traditional, social, and digital channels.Mentor and coach new hires and existing team members, promoting growth and consistent performance.Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.Supervise and enhance the performance of teams to ensure high-quality work and client satisfaction.Reinforce company culture, protocols, and standards within the team to maintain a positive work environment.Continuously seek opportunities for improvement, innovation, and exceptional client service.Promote and reinforce company culture and protocols within the team.What you bring to the table:Bring a minimum of 5 years of hands-on influencer marketing experience to the table. Agency experience prioritized, managing both retainer and one-off clients.Additionally, you possess leadership experience in the PR agency world, with a proven track record of driving client success and delivering impactful integrated communication strategies. Proven ability to create and implement influencer marketing strategies with a strong understanding of the entire campaign workflow.Expertise in data analysis with the ability to interpret deep performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and continuously optimize campaigns.Creative, self-motivated, and results-oriented problem solver with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.Extensive knowledge of the beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and P&G industries, supported by a strong network of media and industry contacts, particularly within the Canadian media landscape and the Toronto media scene.Strategic thinker with a business development mindset, skilled at identifying new growth opportunities and creating innovative solutions to maximize client success.Exceptional leadership skills, capable of motivating teams towards achieving outstanding results and maintaining creative ex
