Remote Nurse Practitioner — Telehealth Pediatric Lab Ordering (1099, flexible) · Southern \& collaborative\-practice states welcome Plan B for PANS is a nonprofit helping families of children with PANS/PANDAS — a treatable, immune\-mediated condition mainstream medicine routinely misses. The hardest thing these families face is getting the right labs ordered. That's your role. We synthesize each child's full history and hand you a complete, pre\-coded, insurance\-ready lab panel with the medical\-necessity reason attached. You review it, confirm it fits, and order it under your own license — a quick telehealth visit. You're the ordering provider; you're not designing workups or managing treatment. Who we're looking for: \- Experienced NPs (FNP / all\-ages scope) comfortable ordering and interpreting a broad lab panel. You do NOT need functional\-medicine or PANS experience — we build the panel; you review and order. We'll train you. \- Especially clinicians in the states we're trying to reach: TN · GA · NC · SC · TX · AL · LA · KY · WV · AR · MO (and similar). \- Bring your own collaborator: if your state requires a collaborating physician, you must already have one in place for telehealth lab ordering. (We aren't setting up new arrangements — you bring yours.) Not for: high\-volume async DTC prescribing (no GLP\-1/weight\-loss, ED, birth control). This is careful, individualized ordering. Required: active NP license \+ DEA \+ lab\-ordering ability · an existing collaborating\-physician agreement if your state requires one. Compensation: 1099, remote, flexible. You bill insurance under your own NPI and keep 100% (\~$170–220/visit). No salary/fee from Plan B; you carry your own malpractice; a billing service handles claims. Founding clinicians pay no platform fee.
