You will be the primary point of contact for the customer and provide active travel consultation towards the business customers, including providing travel details and up-selling of related products. You will provide exceptional service which exceeds client expectations and effectively manage and control all facets of travel arrangements, as requested by our clients.As a Travel Consultant, ERM, you willSearch and confirm travel reservations for the customerHave hands on involvement in crew movements, rotation, and disruption handlingProvide the customer with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, penalties, and visa information Respond to the customer promptly and provide the customer with your undivided attentionWillingly offer assistance to team members within and across teamsMeet individual and team goalsAbout youProven experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environmentsHands‑on expertise managing crew movements, rotations, and disruption handlingStrong attention to detail with the ability to perform accurately under pressureComfortable working in a fast‑paced, 24/7 service environmentDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a global, multi‑regional operations setupRelevant skills in GDS AmadeusStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishDemonstrated understanding of customer servicing excellenceSolid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processesWhat we offer youAt BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people.
