We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to serve as the Product Owner for our HubSpot ecosystem. This role combines traditional business analysis with product ownership responsibilities, acting as the central point of coordination for all HubSpot-related changes, optimizations, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation while ensuring all changes align with our broader data and business strategy.Role & ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership & StrategyServe as the primary Product Owner for HubSpot platform, owning the product roadmap and vision for sales usage optimizationDefine and prioritize the HubSpot backlog based on business value, strategic alignment, and resource availabilityTranslate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteriaFacilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and communicate platform capabilities and limitationsChampion data-driven decision-making and ensure HubSpot usage supports company-wide KPIsChange Management & TriageEstablish and manage a formal change request process for all HubSpot modificationsTriage incoming change requests by assessing business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignmentMaintain a change request log with clear prioritization criteria and status trackingConduct impact analysis for proposed changes across integrated systems and workflowsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to evaluate dependencies and potential conflictsPlanning & DocumentationDevelop detailed implementation plans for approved changes, including timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategiesCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation of all HubSpot workflows, automations, and custom processesDocument standard operating procedures (SOPs) for common HubSpot operations and troubleshootingMaintain a system architecture diagram showing HubSpot's integration points with other business systemsProduce regular reports on platform usage, adoption metrics, and ROIData Strategy AlignmentEnsure all HubSpot configurations and customizations align with enterprise data governance policiesCollaborate with data team to maintain data quality standards and implement validation rulesDesign and enforce naming conventions, field management protocols, and data hygiene practicesMonitor data flow between HubSpot and other systems to ensure consistency and accuracyIdentify opportunities to leverage HubSpot data for advanced analytics and business intelligenceTesting & Quality AssuranceDevelop and execute comprehensive test plans for all HubSpot changes before production deploymentPerform user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination and sign-off processesCreate test scenarios covering functional, integration, and regression testingMaintain a testing environment and ensure it mirrors production configurationsDocument and track defects through resolution, working with vendors or internal teams as neededContinuous ImprovementMonitor HubSpot platform performance and identify optimization opportunitiesStay current with HubSpot product updates, new features, and best practicesConduct regular audits of workflows, automations, and data qualityFacilitate training sessions and create user guides to improve platform adoptionBenchmark our HubSpot usage against industry best practices Technical Skills3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and/or Service Hub)Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data models, and integration patternsExperience with workflow automation, lead scoring, and attribution modellingProficiency in data analysis and visualization toolsWorking knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and middleware platformsHubSpot certifications preferred (Administrator, Implementation, Solutions Partner)Business & Analytical SkillsProven experience in business process mapping and workflow documentationStrong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirementsExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product ownershipExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailUnderstanding of marketing operations, sales processes, and customer lifecycle managementSoft SkillsOutstanding communication skills with ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong stakeholder management experience across multiple departmentsAbility to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneouslySelf-motivated with ability to work independently and drive initiatives forwardDiplomatic approach to change management and conflict resolutionPreferred QualificationsExperience with SQL and data querying languagesKnowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulationsFamiliarity with complementary marketing tech tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Segment, etc.)Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or similar)Experience in SaaS or technology c
