About the PositionAs we plan for continued growth, we are seeking a Client Success Manager to join our Latin America team in Mexico City. Qualified individuals with a passion for emerging markets, economics and geopolitics in Latin America are strongly encouraged to apply. Client Success Managers (CSMs) are responsible for supporting actively growing FrontierView’s relationship with clients in the healthcare, Consumer and Industrials sectors across the Latin America region. Working collaboratively with the Account Managers, Client Success Teammates and the Strategic Insights team, the CSM, will be responsible for bringing value to senior executive, client relationships through events, market intelligence and client engagement.About the Frontierview Commercial TeamFrontierView’s Commercial Team partners with senior executive multinational clients to provide them with access to FrontierView’, award-winning strategic insights, executive roundtable events, and analyst advisory support across 200+ markets to enable clients to grow and win in their most important markets. What To Expect In This PositionPartner closely with Account Managers to support senior executive clients in client engagement and retention activities across the Latin America regionCoordinate and manage analyst briefings, executive advisory sessions, and client calls from scheduling through deliveryPlan and execute virtual and in-person client events, executive roundtables, roadshows, and market briefingsServe as a key point of coordination between clients, analysts, and commercial team members to ensure a seamless client experienceTrack and manage client engagement activities, ensuring timely follow-up and execution of commitmentsSupport client onboarding and adoption of FrontierView services and resourcesAssist in the preparation of client presentations, briefing materials, meeting agendas, and event communicationsMonitor client engagement trends and identify opportunities to increase utilization of FrontierView servicesMaintain accurate records of client interactions, activities, and engagement metrics within Salesforce and other internal systemsSupport regional and global commercial initiatives as needed, including strategic projects, events, and client campaignsCollaborate across Commercial, Strategic Insights, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional client outcomesHelp identify opportunities to improve processes, client experiences, and team efficiencyWhat Sets You ApartBachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in business, economics, international affairs, communications, marketing, or a related field1-3 years of experience in client success, client services, account coordination, project management, events, consulting support, or a related client-facing roleExperience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detailDemonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsNaturally curious and eager to learn about global markets, economics, geopolitics, and client business challengesStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindsetComfortable interacting with senior-level stakeholders and executivesProfessional, responsible, self-motivated, and highly dependableDemonstrated ownership, accountability, and follow-throughExperience supporting events, executive briefings, webinars, or client programs is a plusFamiliarity with Salesforce, CRM systems, or project management tools is a plusSpanish fluency required; Portuguese fluency is a plusExcited about this role, but don't meet 100% of the expected qualifications listed above?
