You oversee the management and growth of the brand’s social media channels across major platforms to be aligned with broader marketing campaigns and strategise stand-alone social campaigns to increase user engagement. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage large social media campaigns to fuel the growth of existing social media channels. Create new ideas and concepts for fresh social media contentEngage in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platformsCoordinate social media management to align with large projects, events, community management, and more Collaborate with the design team to create multimedia visual briefs to support social media content and communications Analyses and report the success of social media projects by implementing social media monitoring tools such as community engagement, content performance, and other KPIsWorks with marketing team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategyBe the first point of contact in our social media communities: supporting and responding to members; monitor social listening on daily basis and escalating when neededReport directly to the PR & Brand Manager, proposing and implementing best social media practices across all social channelsQualifications3+ years social media / marketing / coordination experienceExposure to established social media management tools & technologiesExperienced with listening and monitoring platforms (e.g. Hootsuite)Knowledge of social media KPIs and best practices (e.g. X, TikTok)Knowledge and interest in the cryptocurrency space & its communityWell organized, ability to work well with internal stakeholders, and deliver on timeAbility to find the right tone of voice for different audiences within the communityExcellent written communication skillsExperienced in social media content writingSelf-Motivated, EnthusiasmDetail-orientedBonus: Familiarity with Crypto TwitterWhy BitMEX?BitMEX offers a dynamic environment that blends intense work, a vibrant culture, and diversity.
