Establishes operational plans in support of policy deployment goals and initiatives for the organization. Accountable forestablishingmetrics and ensuring targets are met including event/project closure results achieved. Drives/Facilitatesresolution of difficult or complex problems and manages closure actions.Drives/develops and manages improvement and implementation of current and new processes and standards that will have impact on the achievement of functional resultsCoaching, mentoring, and training individuals and organizations within the business on theirCORE& CI journey.Interface directly with Executives/Management to positively influence and leadCORE/CI culture and competency improvement across the organization.Develops methods foridentifying, sharing, and implementing best practices across the organization.Measures and drivesCORE/CI progression across the organization.Facilitates/Sponsors kaizen/CI events including leadership weeks.Successfully builds networks across the organization and discipline.Identifiesknowledge gaps across the organization andestablishesa closure plan.Must be willing and able to travel up to 60% of the time (domestic and international)Qualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience oran Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experienceU.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as definedhttps://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leaders within complex, matrixed organizations.4+ years’ experience with effective change management and Lean tool deploymentQualifications We Prefer:Advanced CORE certification (Professional / Expert), or active progress towards.Experience with CI, operational excellence, and enterprise Lean Transformation.Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization, including influencing behaviors and change managementExperience leading large-scale, global operating system deployments across multi-site organizations and SBUs.Six Sigma CertificationCross functional work experience (e. g.
