This role requires a strong blend of technical architecture expertise, business consulting, and client-facing discovery skills.The ideal candidate will work closely with customers during the discovery and envisioning phases, identifying high-value use cases and translating them into scalable, secure, and efficient Agentforce solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & DiscoveryLead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholdersElicit, analyze, and document business requirements and customer interaction use casesIdentify opportunities to leverage Agentforce (AI agents, automation, and conversational AI) to improve customer experience and operational efficiencyTranslate business needs into clear solution architectures and implementation roadmapsAct as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on best practices and platform capabilitiesSolution Architecture & DesignDesign end-to-end Agentforce solutions, including AI agents, workflows, integrations, and data modelsDefine architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performing implementationsMap use cases to Salesforce capabilities such as Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and AgentforceCreate solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and technical specificationsEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standardsRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design8+ years experience with customer-facing roles, including discovery and requirements gathering8+ years experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and platform architecture5+ years of expereince in AI/automation solutions (Agentforce, Einstein AI, or similar)Integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)Ability to translate business problems into technical solutionsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsKey SkillsCustomer discovery & consultingSolution architecture & systems thinkingAI/Agent-based solution designStakeholder managementStrong documentation and presentation skillsWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $142,222.00-$197,531.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all Canada locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
