This role is for a "technical translator"; someone who possesses the rare ability to deconstruct complex engineering systems and rebuild them into structured, high\-quality learning modules. You should have a strong foundation in the Electrical, Instrumentation, and PLC/Controls world, while remaining equally comfortable with Industrial Mechanical systems. You are not just a writer; you are a builder who understands how machines and facilities operate and how to teach others to operate and maintain them. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** * **Content Design \& Development (70%)** * **Module Creation:** Build interactive digital learning modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) and Google Workspace that are fully integrated into the Canvas LMS. * **Technical Documentation:** Develop comprehensive instructor manuals, detailed lesson plans, facilitation guides, and learner workbooks that provide clear, step\-by\-step instructions for complex technical tasks using Google Workspace Apps. * **Visual \& Multimedia Aids:** Create technical diagrams, multimedia learning aids (videos, animations), and interactive demonstrations for complex systems to help learners visualize "unseen" processes like electricity and fluid flow. * **Hands\-on Lab Design:** Design practical laboratory exercises, diagnostic tests, and performance\
