In this role you will get to own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of our iCertis Contract Lifecycle Management platform.What You'll Be Doing:Administer iCertis CLM: user/role management, security, contract types, clause libraries, and templatesConfigure workflows, approvals, business rules, notifications, and reportsServe as primary support contact for CLM users; troubleshoot issues and maintain data qualityDevelop training materials and conduct user training and onboardingCollaborate with IT to support integrations with CRM/ERP/eSignature tools and manage releases/upgradesContribute to continuous improvement of contract processes and CLM governanceData migration from legacy CLM to iCertisWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:2−5+ years of experience administering a CLM or enterprise SaaS applicationHands-on experience with iCertis CLM (strongly preferred) or similar CLM platformExperience with role-based security, workflows, templates, and clause librariesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skillsClear communicator able to work with cross-functional stakeholdersWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:Prior experience as an iCertis Administrator or ConsultantExperience integrating CLM with CRM/ERP/eSignature (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, DocuSign)Familiarity with contract management best practices and legal operationsSecurity Clearance Requirement:NoneThis position is part of our Corporate team.For over 80 years, Parsons Corporation, has shaped the future of the defense, intelligence, and critical infrastructure markets.
