Licensed Property & Casualty Agent / Insurance Agent- Remote

**Job Overview:** **Must Have:** * Active **Resident P\&C License** * License state must match current residence * CE valid **60\+ days** * HS Diploma/GED \+ strong computer skills **Role:** * Handle customer/agent inquiries via **phone, chat \& video** * Support **Auto, Home \& P\&C** policies, billing and policy changes * Resolve issues, document interactions and identify cross\-sell opportunities * Strong communication, empathy, listening, problem\-solving \& attention to detail **Schedule:** * Evenings \& weekends required * Schedules based on business needs; **no modifications** **Training:** * **14 weeks:** 7 weeks training \+ 7 weeks transition * Must attend all training days * Training/production schedules may change **Important:** * Must live in resident\-license state Pay: $18\.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Disability insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Vision insurance * Work from home Application Question(s): * Do you have P\&C/Personal Lines License?
