JOB SUMMARY:A Principal Consultant at Argano is a highly experienced professional in the consulting family responsible for managing mid-to-large client engagements and contributing to the growth and development of consulting practice. They provide expert advice, guidance, and solutions related to technology to businesses and organizations. They are indirect mentors to other areas and grades. Their goal is to help clients optimize their technology infrastructure, processes, and strategies to achieve their business objectives more efficiently and effectively. Principal consultants work with security, data management, crisis management and should demonstrate exceptional knowledge of technology to deliver quality work that will drive customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team.RESPONSIBILITIES:Align client’s existing business processes and procedures with validated HCM Cloud methods to solve client needsApply functional knowledge and expertise, working in collaboration with technical consulting team, in the implementation of business-aligned and driven Oracle Cloud solutionsLead clients in workshops to formulate functional business requirements and align them to Oracle Cloud functionality and overall solution deliveryIdentify requirements and design gaps and develop solutions to align with overall solution deliveryConfigure the Oracle Cloud environment to meet client requirements and design and document application set-upAdvise clients on options, risks and any impacts on other processes and/or systemsManage module track of project which includes:Manage scope and client expectations for your moduleIdentify project risks and communicate appropriately with project team to avoid and mitigate potential issuesManage project team members through the lifecycle of a project. Review and provide coaching and feedback on design, configuration, and documentationLead and support clients with the execution of test scriptsParticipate in internal forums for training, teamwork, issue resolution and innovative designBe leaders with a vision in the Oracle Cloud space with innovative solutions around the productMentor Associate and Senior consultantsEDUCATION:Bachelor's degree preferredEXPERIENCE:Advanced English communication skillsMust have a comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud implementation methodology and the challenges commonly faced by client and implementation teamsModule specific experience in Core HR or Recruiting and Journeys is required. Previous related industry and consulting experience in competing product sets will be considered (Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP, etc.)Minimum of four (4) full life cycle hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in your module of expertise with proven expert knowledge of best practice solutions, product integration impacts and support/troubleshooting requiredProven track record of building long-lasting relationships with your clientsOracle certified in your module of expertiseProven ability to understand client’s data movement to external systems and advise on impacts related to upstream and downstream systemsAbility to effectively manage communication at the client senior levels, see the “big picture” as well as the detailsDemonstrated ability to plan work and manage priorities with commitment to quality and the timely completion of projectsProven ability to manage and deliver large projects, including understanding of business-related drivers and parametersStrong intrapersonal and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well autonomously and in a team environmentSelf-motivated and demonstrated commitment to continuous learning to stay current on trends and Oracle Cloud releasesStrong willingness to share skills, knowledge, and expertise with Associate and Senior consultantsWilling to travel as necessarySKILL REQUIREMENTS:Communication: proficient in English written and verbal communications. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals in a clear and understandable manner. In-depth knowledge of industry-specific technologies and best practicesStrategic Leadership: Thought leadership for projects and require visionary leadership skillsClient Management: Managing key client accounts and relationships at a high level is critical. Familiarity with different operating systems and software applicationsIndustry Reputation: Building and maintaining a strong industry reputation
