From booking to check-out, housekeeping, and maintenance, Nestify takes care of everything and ensures a seamless experience for all Clients and Guests.About the PositionThe Business Development Executive – UAE Partnerships (remote, based in South Africa) is responsible for building and growing Nestify's referral partner network within the Dubai property market. This role owns the full partnership cycle, from identifying and approaching the right contacts, to earning their trust, securing signed agreements, and converting them into a consistent source of new business.You will work across a variety of professional profiles within the Dubai property ecosystem and will be equipped with a clear playbook, scripts, and all the tools you need to execute. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role that requires strong outbound discipline, excellent communication, and the ability to deliver results independently.The Partnership Development Agent reports to the Sales Manager and plays a key role in driving Nestify's growth across the UAE market.Duties and ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prospect potential referral partners across multiple professional channels in the Dubai marketReach out through multiple channels and present the Nestify partnership programmeBuild and maintain strong relationships, moving partners from first contact to active referral statusHandle objections and answer questions using provided scripts and materialsSecure signed partnership agreementsLog all activity and manage your pipeline in the CRMCoordinate the handoff of referred clients to the Nestify sales teamWhat We Are Looking ForMinimum 5/7 years of experience in B2B sales, partnership development, or account managementProven track record in outbound outreach and relationship buildingHighly organised and self-managed, with the ability to work independently and deliver results without daily supervisionCRM experience and comfort with logging activity and managing a pipelineFluent written and spoken English to a professional standardStrong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneouslyWorking Days and HoursMonday to Friday09:00 to 18:00 (UAE Time)Location: Remote, South AfricaSchedule: Full-TimeWhat Nestify OffersCompetitive base salary with commissionWork in a global team of highly motivated and talented individualsGenerous leave entitlementA company culture that values loyalty, hard work, dedication, high performance and work life balanceOpportunities to grow your career and develop new skillsOriginally posted on Himalayas
