This role requires a deeper understanding of automation frameworks and the ability to lead testing efforts for complex features and systems.**Responsibilities:*** Design and implement scalable and maintainable automated test frameworks using **Tricentis Tosca** and other tools. * Analyze business and functional requirements related to P\&C insurance systems and translate them into effective automated test strategies and plans. * Perform functional, regression, integration, API testing, accessibility testing across web and backend systems. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and product owners to ensure test coverage and quality. * Execute automated test cases, log defects, and track them to closure using Azure DevOps. * Develop automated tests for APIs, UI, and backend systems. * Mentor junior QA engineers and review their test scripts. * Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. * Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. * Maintain test documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across QA teams. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * 3\-5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in the P\&C insurance domain * 3–5 years of experience in test automation. * Proficiency in automation tools including **Tricentis Tosca**, Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress. * Proficiency in SQL for backend/database testing. * Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured. * Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). * Strong understanding of Agile QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. **Optional Certifications (Preferred but not required):*** **Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist Level 1 \& 2** * ISTQB Certified Tester – Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer * Certified Agile Tester (CAT) * Certified Jenkins Engineer (CJE) * Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional Salary Range $56,000\.00 \- $130,000\.00 In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, this range represents a good\-faith estimate.
