This role is responsible for project planning, execution, and governance—including managing scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates strong leadership across cross-functional teams, and leverages data-driven insights to drive performance and decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and continuous improvementDefine and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and dependenciesAlign delivery objectives with business goals and stakeholder prioritiesCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery within scopeEngage customers and stakeholders to triage, prioritize, and resolve feedbackPresent project progress, roadmaps, and strategic updates to leadershipDrive the implementation and optimization of Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologiesLead program and release activities across Agile Release Trains (ARTs)Demonstrate servant leadership and strong delivery governanceMentor and coach Scrum Masters and delivery teams to improve Agile maturitySupport solution delivery, including requirements coordination, UX alignment, and release planningApply Agile and Lean principles to optimize program performance and efficiencyCoordinate internal and external solution interfacesTranslate business strategies into execution-focused delivery plansValidate and improve solutions through performance metrics and feedback loopsManage dependencies and perform functional allocation across workstreamsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in project/program management delivering complex, end-user-facing solutionsProven track record managing multi-stakeholder, cross-functional initiativesExperience working in Agile environments, including SAFe frameworksExperience across the full product and solution lifecycle (concept through delivery and optimization)Core Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilitiesAbility to adapt quickly and operate effectively in dynamic, evolving environmentsProactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownershipExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to define, track, and report performance metrics and success criteriaHigh intellectual curiosity with the ability to navigate ambiguityTechnical & Domain KnowledgeUnderstanding of web and mobile technologiesFamiliarity with large-scale service operations and enterprise environmentsExposure to user-centered design principles and UX-driven deliveryAbility to quickly learn and ramp up in new technical domainsPreferred QualificationsExperience leading enterprise-scale transformation programsStrong background in SAFe program-level execution and governanceExperience working in global, distributed delivery teamsBalanced perspective of product thinking and delivery executionWhy Join AtosLead high-impact digital transformation programsCollaborate with global teams and industry-leading professionalsContribute to innovative AI & Analytics initiativesAdvance your career in a high-visibility leadership roleEqual Opportunity StatementAtos is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
