You will play a key role in achieving annual bookings, revenue, and profitability targets, while strengthening our position in the European solar market.What You’ll DoDrive Sales & Business GrowthOwn and deliver on annual sales targets (bookings and revenue) for the assigned territory Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic accounts Lead deal negotiations, contract development, and closing activitiesCross-sell Intertek CEA’s full portfolio of services to existing clients Contribute to company-wide growth and profitability initiatives Build Strong Client RelationshipsDevelop and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients and stakeholders Act as a trusted advisor within the solar and storage ecosystemCollaborate internally to enhance client experience and satisfactionExpand the client base across the territory in line with growth objectives Represent the Intertek BrandAct as a visible ambassador of Intertek CEA across Eastern Europe Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and eventsEnsure consistency and quality in brand messaging across all channels Provide market insights and feedback to support strategic positioning Support Marketing & Market IntelligenceAdapt messaging to local markets and cultural contexts Share field insights to support future campaigns and go-to-market strategies Contribute ideas to strengthen Intertek CEA’s competitive positioning RequirementsDegree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or similar Solid experience in business development or sales within the renewable energy sector Good technical understanding of PV and BESSEstablished network with IPPs, Developers, and EPCsStrong commercial mindset with the ability to manage complex sales cycles Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven approach Willingness to travel across the regionBenefitsWhat do we offer:A very competitive salary + commissions and benefitsExposure to an international environment, clients and projectsDynamic and supportive teamOriginally posted on Himalayas
