This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise while contributing to a fast\-paced, customer\-focused environment. **Responsibilities** * Respond promptly and professionally to online customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms. * Assist customers in selecting automotive parts and accessories that meet their vehicle needs through detailed product knowledge. * Manage online product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels are maintained. * Process orders efficiently using point\-of\-sale (POS) systems and update inventory management software regularly. * Build strong customer relationships by providing personalized service, technical advice, and after\-sales support. * Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery accuracy. * Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers, new products, and seasonal campaigns across digital channels. **Skills** * Extensive knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle systems, and automotive repair processes. * Proven sales management experience within retail or dealership environments. * Strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base. * Proficiency with inventory control systems such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and automotive parts management software. * Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey technical information and build rapport. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for reporting and organizational tasks. * Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures. * Knowledge of automotive parts sales, accessories, and aftermarket products. * Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues related to automotive parts and provide solutions confidently. * Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels, order fulfillment processes, and inventory audits. * Customer service expertise with a focus on retail math, marketing strategies, and client communication.
