Learn more at ourassistants.com.Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant (VA) to support real estate agents, brokers, or property managers in managing their day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate has experience in real estate operations, is tech-savvy, and can manage multiple administrative and marketing responsibilities with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesManage emails, calendars, and appointments for agents or brokersCoordinate listings, property showings, and transaction timelinesCreate and maintain property listings on MLS and other platformsPrepare contracts, disclosures, and transaction documentsProvide basic client support and follow-up through CRM toolsAssist with marketing efforts, including social media scheduling, graphic creation, and newslettersConduct online research and comparative market analysis (CMA)Maintain organized digital files and ensure all records are up to dateCommunicate with vendors, clients, escrow companies, and lendersQualifications and SkillsRequired:1-2 years of experience in a real estate support or virtual assistant roleFamiliarity with real estate tools such as MLS, DocuSign, CRMs (Follow Up Boss, LionDesk, etc.)Excellent written and verbal English communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google WorkspaceStrong attention to detail and a client-focused attitudePreferred:Experience with social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite)Background in U.S.-based real estate transactionsExperience using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)Additional RequirementsMust be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin AmericaMust have a stable internet connection and remote-ready workstationCompensation and BenefitsPermanent work-from-home setupOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive team environmentCompetitive salaryOriginally posted on Himalayas
