This IT modernization initiative is a critical component of ensuring the effectiveness and security of our nation’s law enforcement operations. We are looking for an experienced Business Specialist to join our team on this new contract, and invite skilled and passionate individuals to apply in support of this transformative mission.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain KPI tracking dashboards to monitor quality metrics.Analyze data from KPI dashboards to identify trends, areas for improvement, and report findings to senior management.Ensure that KPIs are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.Implement and manage performance monitoring tools to track quality performance across various departments.Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure data accuracy and reliability in KPI dashboards.Provide training and support to staff on the use of KPI tracking dashboards.Utilize compliance auditing software to conduct internal audits and ensure regulatory adherence.Prepare audit plans, conduct audits, and document findings and corrective actions.Ensure that audit results are communicated effectively and that corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.Manage quality-related projects within the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with quality standards and objectives.Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.Facilitate process improvement workshops and engage cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing improvements.Measure the impact of continuous improvement efforts and report results to stakeholders.Develop and maintain financial forecasting models to predict quality-related costs and savings.Implement invoice processing automation to streamline financial transactions related to quality initiatives.Utilize procurement software to manage the acquisition of quality-related tools and resources.Create and maintain contract compliance checklists to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.Utilize stakeholder communications platforms to keep all stakeholders informed about quality initiatives and progress.Implement resource capacity planning tools to ensure adequate resources are available for quality projects and initiatives.Qualifications:Required:Active DoD Public Trust clearance, or US citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust upon hireBachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field6+ years of experience in quality managementStrong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management softwareExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsDesired:Master's degree in relevant field of studyCertified Quality Manager (CQM) or equivalent certificationCertification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)Experience in using KPI tracking dashboards, performance monitoring tools, and compliance auditing softwareStrong background in risk mitigation frameworks and project portfolio managementExperience with financial forecasting models, invoice processing automation, procurement software, contract compliance checklists, stakeholder communications platforms, and resource capacity planning tools-What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
